Result of feedback inquiry: Feedback checklists were handed over to the participants. Both very positive and rather critical feedbacks were received. Some of the participants were fully satisfied with the event and information, some would have liked more detailed
analysis of certain criteria; some would have liked the opposite - more general and overall information. Nevertheless most of the feedback checklists contained positive attitude towards Ecolabel and suggested to organize more events like this.
Findings and results:
1) We consider this a very successful event with good mix of information and active involvement of the audience. Nevertheless we found out that there is a considerable information gap between various stakeholders regarding issues related to labeling, green purchase and environmental criteria. This also means that audience has slightly different expectations and needs towards the contents and information detalisation.
2) We also examined in practice that it is not that easy to reach both objectives – deliver general information and give more specific topics for specific industries. We find it positive that we have divided the event in 2 parts, therefore some of participants could chose which presentations they prefer and had opportunities to divide their attention throughout the day.
