Participants: 55 - from interested hotels, manufacturers of textiles, paints and varnishes, PCBC personnel, other interested parties, representatives of press, experts from Turkey, government administration

Awarding ceremony: Irena Mazur - Director of Environmental Instruments Department, Ministry of Environment handed a honorary
breast-worn badge “For the contribution to Environmental Protection and Water Management” to Joanna Tkaczyk - Coordinator for EU Ecolabel

Media workFour representatives of media were present. Press release will be published in some magazines. Detailed information will be published in “ABC Jakości” quarterly magazine issued by the PCBC and at the PCBC’s website together with number of photos.

Material disseminated: Invitation with program, product group brochures,
USB-sticks, Ecolabel and Green Procurement leaflets, samples of detergents, information folders 

Room equipment: green banner, Ecolabel flag, campaign and welcome roll-up

Language: Polish; translation of the English presentation and in
discussion and working group between English and Polish

Distribution of content: presentations on website

Result of feeback inquiry: very good feedback including some declarations to apply for the Ecolabel

Findings and results: Very successful event. Great interest of participants. Very good evaluation of organizational and merits
questions. Some potential applicants from among participants.
Evident need to organize such events in the future for other product group representative. Many general questions from persons who had contact with Ecolabel first time and many very detailed question from potential applicants who know Ecolabel criteria well and plan to submit application.
