Budget and Funding

First step is to draft a budget (use our planning sheet) and send it to the EU12 Workshop team.   Ways of reimbursement After the confirmation by Energon in adjustment with DG Environment there are two possible ways of payment/reimbursement procedure. A. Let all invoices address directly to Energon (excluding VAT!) and care that everything is within the agreed total amount.orB. Let all invoices address directly to your CB-Address (with reference to the EU12 project) and agree the dates of reimbursement with Energon.If you choose B, we can split the payment in two parts, e.g.: 50% of the drafted amount in advance, about 2 weeks before the date of the workshop the rest (up to the agreed amount) for the actual expenditure after approbation of the final report including the final account with copies of the invoices exempt fees and taxes (VAT etc.)   Which kind of costs? The following types of costs can be covered from the funding: copies, material catering costs for special speaker (on basis of EU per diem) rental of venue and technical equipment The amount should also cover the transport and accomodation costs of the coach (project team member) and ev. guest speakers.
